Prerequisites
1. Remove the base cover.
2. Remove the battery.
Procedure
1. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board.
2. Note the speaker-cable routing and remove the cable from the routing guides.
3. Remove the screws that secure the speakers to the palm-rest assembly.
4. Lift the speakers, along with the speaker cable, off the palm-rest assembly.
