• Return video input:
SDI return video 1 and 2 signals that are input to the rear panel are input through SDI EQ (IC800, IC801) on the
AT-191 board to the transmission signal processing circuit (IC1000).
VBS return video 1 and 2 signals that are input to the rear panel are sent through the buffer circuit on the CN-3556
board to the DPR-337F board. Then the signals are sent to the AT-191 board only in the channel selected by the
camera. The analog signals are converted to digital signals by the AD converter (IC700) on the AT-191 board, and
the converted digital signals are input to the transmission signal processing circuit (IC1000).
The VBS return signal and the SDI return signal are switched in IC1000, and the selected signal is sent to the
camera.
• VBS prompter video input:
The prompter video signals that are input to the rear panel are sent through the drive circuit on the DPR-337F board
to the AT-191 board where the analog prompter video signals are converted to digital signals by the AD converter
(IC700), and the converted digital signals are input to the transmission signal processing circuit (IC1000). The
digital signals are superimposed with another signal in IC1000 and the superimposed signal is sent to the camera.
Inputs of the CCU rear panel are compatible with the loop through function. When an additional signal is connected
to the input side, the signal is automatically terminated with 75-ohm resistance.
Audio signal processing circuit
Audio signals restored from the receiver circuit and intercom signals (ENG/PROD/PGM/Front-Intercom) input to this
unit are transferred to the audio processing circuit (IC2300) for signal processing. Some signals that are output from the
audio processing circuit are superimposed with SDI, HDMI, and transmit signals from the AT-191 board as digital
signals, and other signals are D/A-converted and output from the front or rear side of the CCU.
Synchronization processing circuit
With an HD and SD signal generator, this circuit establishes synchronization between camera and CCU and performs
processing for synchronization with external reference input.
The input external reference signal is automatically identified to be HD or SD signal for the synchronizing processing.
This circuit also has SYNC output, which enables switching between tri-level HD SYNC and SD SYNC.
DC-DC power circuit
This circuit generates voltages used in the DPR-337F board from the 15 V DC supplied from the power supply block.
This circuit has a configuration for power outputs consisting of an analog circuit and a digital circuit in accordance with
usage.
In addition to the above circuit, the DPR-337F board contains a character generator for CCU menu output and an
EEPROM that retains component, VBS video level adjustment value, and reference value for determining cable length.
