    Yes! If you don't have internet access, you can configure the controller using the touch screen. Refer to the Offline Setup Wizard if you have questions about how to do this.     3. Disable WIFI completely. Settings > Offline Settings > Disable Wifi 4. Remove hotspot and programming will remain in the controller. The controller status screen shows your controller’s connection to Hydrawise servers for synchronizing schedule and weather information.     The controller does not need a battery, all settings are saved in a non-volatile RAM (memory). Serial Number The serial number is used to link your actual controller with your Hydrawise account.
