When you have not input the terminal number, the picture on
your monitor is broadcasted.
To broadcast a picture of your terminal to all the terminals

Press the EXEC button on the Remote Commander.
A picture on your monitor is broadcasted to all the
terminals.
NearEnd is displayed in the box 4.
The indication appears on the monitor screen when you
broadcast.
To end a meeting
Press the CANCEL button on the Remote Commander.
The Chair Control menu disappears from the monitor screen.

Voice Meeting

The system can connect to a normal phone to hold a meeting
using the sound only. (Voice Meeting)
The basic procedure is same as one with images and sound.
To start a voice meeting with unregistered remote parties
Set LINE I/F to ISDN BRI (Speech) in the Dial Setup menu.
For details on the setting, see "Calling an Unregistered
Remote Party" on page 24.
The indication "VOICE ONLY" appears on the monitor
screen, and the local picture is displayed on the local monitor
screen.

To register remote parties for holding a voice meeting
Set LINE I/F to ISDN BRI (Speech) in the Dial Setup menu.
For details on the registration, see "Calling a Registered
Remote Party" on page 28.
To set the audio protocol
Set up the TELEPHONE item in the Communication Setup
menu.
When you call, set TELEPHONE to AUTO. This automatically
sets to µ-law (NTSC); to A-law (PAL).
When you receive, the audio protocol setting is not required.

page 76.
