Printing on envelopes
1. Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
2. Tap Postage Balance.
3. Tap Refill Postage.
4. Enter the amount of postage you want to add to your machine.
5. Tap Refill Mail Postage.
6. Tap View Receipt if you want to view or print a receipt.
7. Tap Done.
8. Your updated postage balance displays on the Envelope Printing screen.
The SendPro C uses two separate postage accounts, one for Create Shipping Labels and one for Print
on Envelopes. The funds for one cannot be used for the other.

Feeding envelopes on your SendPro C Auto

1. Shingle the envelopes (slant the stack as shown) so the bottom envelope feeds first. All envelopes
in a single stack should be the same size.
2. Place the stack of mail on the feed deck. Place the envelopes with the flap side facing down and
the top edge against the rear wall.
