Registering a destination in the address book

To register a destination in the address book, select the [Address Book] tab in the [Printing Preferences]
screen.
Tips
Up to 1,000 destinations can be registered in the address book.

Click [Add User].

Enter destination information, and click [OK].
The entered information is displayed in the list.

Editing a destination in the address book

To edit a destination in the address book, select the [Address Book] tab in the [Printing Preferences] screen.
Tips
Use the drop-down list in [View] to select a type to be displayed in the list.

Select a destination to be edited from the list, and click [Edit].
