This section explains error codes that are returned upon error occurrence.

Description
Error details and cause
CPU module drives recklessly or it breaks
down.
• Malfunction by noise etc.
• Hardware error.
• Data error of battery backup RAM was
detected.
• A failure was detected in the power
supply module, C Controller module,
main base unit, extension base unit, or
extension cable.
• When using the redundant base unit, the
redundant power supply module failure in
both systems and/or the redundant base
unit failure are detected.

Corrective action
• Take a preventive measure against
noise.
• Initializes the C Controller module.
• Check for any battery error, and replace
the battery.
• Reset the CPU module and restart it.
• Reset the C Controller module and set it
to RUN again.
• If the same error is displayed again,
check the modules and replace a faulty
module.
