CompactFlash card

A CompactFlash card can be mounted to a Q12DCCPU-V.
(1) Available CompactFlash cards
Available Mitsubishi Electric Corporation's CompactFlash cards are as listed below:
• QD81MEM-512MBC (memory capacity: 512MB)
• QD81MEM-1GBC (memory capacity: 1GB)
• QD81MEM-2GBC (memory capacity: 2GB)
• QD81MEM-4GBC (memory capacity: 4GB)
• QD81MEM-8GBC (memory capacity: 8GB)
● CompactFlash cards have limited lives (the limited number of writes).
• For the QD81MEM

During access to files in a CompactFlash card, do not perform the following operations. Otherwise, data in the
CompactFlash card may be corrupted or any file system failure may occur.
• Power OFF
• Reset
• Unmounting CompactFlash card
• Removing CompactFlash card
