Turns on if an error is detected in calendar timer data when the
unit is powered on.
Turns on when it is detected that a power supply unit is close to
its lifetime.
Turns on when an RTC backup battery error is detected. The
flag turns on if the battery is out, even if battery error alarm is
disabled in the configuration menu. Once a battery error has
been detected, this is held even after recovery has been made.
The flag is turned off when power supply is cut off.
Turns on when an RTC backup battery error is detected. Is off in
the normal status. The flag turns on if the battery is out, even if
battery error alarm is disabled in the configuration system
register.
Turns on if acquisition of time data has failed during time synch
via LAN port. Turns off in normal conditions.
Turns off when time is being updated with SNTP, and turns on
when the update is completed. (Note1)
Turns on when the voltage of the RTC backup capacitor
declines. Turns off when it is charged to the specified voltage or
higher while the power is supplied.
Turns on while forced input/output operations are in progress.
Turns on when interrupt is enabled.
Turns on when an interrupt error occurs.
Turns on when an interrupt program is being executed. Only
valid within a PB for execution at a specified interval or within an
INT program.
Turns on when a PB (program block) for execution at a specified
interval is being executed.
Turns on in the first scan only following completion of rewriting
during RUN.
