Logging into your mailbox

You must log in to your mailbox to access the voice messaging features.
Prerequisites
Obtain the preset voicemail number from the hotel operator.

Changing your password

Change your password the first time you access your mailbox to secure your
mailbox. To change your password, select the Change Password option from
the Feature Menu.
Change your password frequently. Do not assign passwords that others can
easily obtain from your documents (for example: birth date, passport number,
or identification card number).

Using staff mailbox features
Action
To call from inside the hotel, dial the voicemail extension number.
OR
Press the Message speed-dial button on your telephone.
To call from outside the hotel, enter your extension number.
To access another mailbox, press anytime between the first ring until the
system plays the enter password prompt.
The system prompts you to enter the extension number.
Enter the password followed by the pound (#) key.
Action
To access the Change Password menu, in the Feature Menu, press 2.
To create a new password, press 1.
Enter your new password.
