Archives the selected held job in the Active Jobs window,
moving it to the Archive panel.
Sends the selected held job in the Active Jobs window to
another GA-1121.
Cancels processing of the selected job in the Active Jobs
window. This command is available only for jobs displaying
the processing status flag.
Cancels printing of the selected job in the Active Jobs
window. This command is available only for jobs displaying
the printing status flag.
Allows you to log in or log out of the GA-1121 and add or
remove GA-1121 servers from the list.
Opens the Setup options for the GA-1121.
Opens ColorWise Pro Tools. For more information, see the
Color
Allows you to view and print a list of fonts on the GA-1121.
In Command WorkStation, it also allows you to download
fonts to the GA-1121, as well as delete fonts that you have
downloaded.
Allows you to adjust placement of the printed image on the
page to correct for misalignments of the paper tray.
Allows the GA-1121 Administrator to set up printing groups
and passwords. For more information about Printing Groups
and Secured Print (Member Printing), see the
Guide.
Allows you to restart the GA-1121 without shutting down
the GA-1121 hard disk drive. This command is available
only if you are logged in as Administrator.
