Installing optional packages

Optional software packages are password-protected and must be installed by an Avaya
provisioning engineer.
Contact the Avaya Technical Services Organization (TSO) to have the following packages
installed.
WholeWord Recognition Base package (Avaya Recognizer)
WholeWord speech recognition language packages
VoiceXML package
ASAI package
CTI DIP package
Enhanced Basic Speech packages
Fax Actions package
NG FAX package
IC Integration package
PDS Integration package
SpeechWorks ASR package
SpeechWorks TTS package

Provisioning feature channels

Once installed, an Avaya provisioning engineer must set up licensed features to allow use of
the feature on the system. Provisioning is based on the number of channels of the feature
purchased by the customer.
Contact the Avaya Technical Services Organization (TSO) to have the following features
provisioned:
Digital protocol - loop start
Digital protocol - PRI
Digital protocol - wink start
Fax features
WholeWord speech recognition (Avaya Recognizer)
