APCO P25 MODE OPERATION
n Phone call
D Transmitting
The transcever can make a Phone call that s smlar to
standard phone calls. A transcever and a PSTN (Publc
Swtched Telephone Network) can access each other.
If no phone number s pre-programmed, the Phone call func-
ton s not avalable.
[Digital Button] or [Phone] key assgnment s necessary to
transmt the Phone call.
Not avalable on Non-dsplay types.
q Push [Digital Button] to enter the dgtal call type selec-
ton mode.
✔ Quick access
Push [Phone] to enter the phone number selecton
mode drectly. In ths case, skp step w. Go to step e.
w Push [CH Up] or [CH Down], or rotate [CH Up/Down] to
select "PHONE."

• A pre-programmed phone number and text are dsplayed.

r Push [CH Up] or [CH Down], or rotate [CH Up/Down] to
select the desred phone number.
• Push and hold [Digital Button] (or [Phone]) for 1 sec. to cancel
and return to normal operaton.
• The phone dgts (0 to 9, M and #) can be edted wth the 10-key-
pad*. (Dependng on the pre-settng.)
* 10-key types only.
To edit the Phone number with the 10-keypad:
Input the phone number drectly wth the 10-keypad.
• Push [Digital Button] (or [Phone]) to clear a code.
