y Push [CH Up] or [CH Down], or rotate [CH Up/Down] to
select the desred ID (or name).
• Push and hold [Digital Button] (or [Digital Message]) for 1 sec.
to cancel and return to normal operaton.
• The ID can be edted wth the 10-keypad*. (Dependng on the
pre-settng.) See p. 16 for edtng detals.

u Push [PTT] to transmt the Short Message to the target
staton.
• The Busy/Transmt ndcator (for Handhelds) or Transmt ndca-
tor (for Mobles) lghts red.
• "PLEASE WAIT" s dsplayed.
i Release [PTT].
• "ACK RECEIVED" s dsplayed after recevng an acknowledge-
ment from the target staton, and then the transcever returns to
normal operaton.
• "NO ACKNOWLDG" s dsplayed when an acknowledgement s
not receved, and then transcever returns to normal operaton.

(for Mobles) lghts green.
