<MIC SETUP>
(Except for KW-M450BT Australia and New Zealand
models)
Select the microphone to use for Bluetooth mobile
phone.
• Built-in Mic (Initial): Select this when using built-in
microphone.
• External Mic: Select this when using the external
microphone connected to the MIC terminal.

Security settings

Display the <Security> screen.
On the Home screen, touch as follows:
Then, on the <SET-UP> screen, touch [Security].
<Security Code Set>
Register the security code for the unit. (Page 5)
<Security Code Cancellation>
Clear the security code. (Page 5)
<Security Code Change>
Change the security code. (Page 5)

Navigation settings

(Except for KW-M450BT Australia and New Zealand
models/KW-M450BT Indonesian models)
Display the <Navigation> screen.
On the Home screen, touch as follows:
Then, on the <SET-UP> screen, touch [Navigation].
<NAV Voice Volume>
Adjust the volume of the navigation guidance.
(0 to 40, Initial: 24)
<Navigation Input>
• ON: Shows the navigation screen when the following
button/key is pressed.
– [NAV] on the source control screen.
– [ ] on the short-cut menu.*
– Secondary screen on the source control screen.
– DISP button on the remote controller.*
– DISP button on the steering wheel remote
controller.*
• OFF (Initial): Disable navigation screen.
* Applicable only when <DISP Key> is set to [NAV]. (Page 37)

Remote Controller

Remote Controller
You can use the supplied remote controller
(RM-RK258) for controlling the unit.
• For KW-M450BT Australia and New Zealand
models: Separately purchase optional remote
controller (RM-RK258).
Refer also to the instruction manual supplied with
the remote controller.
• This unit is equipped with a steering wheel remote
control function. (Page 36)

– Operations may differ depending on the type of
steering wheel remote controller.
