If the autoloader is not operating correctly, you might have to reset it. To reset the
autoloader, complete the following steps
__ 1. On the Home screen, press the Down a Level button to access the main

You can use the optional autoloader Ethernet connection and the file transfer
protocol (FTP) utility to upgrade the autoloader firmware. You must have the
following hardware and software to use this utility:
v A Category 5 (100BaseT connection) data-grade cable
v Software that supports the FTP utility (RFC 959)
v A host system or network connection that uses a pin-through-hole RJ-45 shielded
Updating firmware
To update the firmware using FTP, complete the following steps:
1. Ensure that the autoloader Ethernet cable is connected and that it is configured
