Insert a 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX LAN cable into the LAN connector until it clicks.  When LAN cables are installed outdoors, make sure devices without proper surge protection are cushioned by being connected through devices that do have surge protection.

Make sure the printer is turned off, connect all the cables.  The connector cover has a cable exit on both sides. You can also make an exit on the back of the connector cover by removing the tab by breaking it off with your fingers.
