Setting of the administrator

The procedure of making the administrator settings is given below.
Note:
• In order to ensure security, set an ID and password that cannot easily be guessed by a third party.
• Take care not to forget the ID and password that have been set, and manage it appropriately away from the eyes of a
third party.
• In each input screen, the screen returns to the immediately previous screen when

1 From the settings menu, select "005 Admin Setup"

2 Press
The current administrator ID setting is displayed.
3 Press
The administrator ID setting screen is displayed.
4 Input the administrator ID using the numeric
buttons
The administrator ID can be set within the values
"00000000" to "99999999" (8 numeric digits).
5 Press
The administrator password input screen is displayed.
6 Input the administrator password using the numeric
buttons
The administrator password can be set within the values
"00000000" to "99999999" (8 numeric digits).

The message "Passwd Re-enter" is displayed for a few
seconds, and the administrator password input screen is
displayed again.
8 Input again the administrator password that was
input in Step 6
The administrator password can be set within the values
"00000000" to "99999999" (8 numeric digits).
9 Press
The settings confirmation screen is displayed.
When the administrator password input in Step 6 and Step 8
are different from each other, the error message "Passwd
Mismatch" is displayed for a few seconds, and then the
display returns to the screen of Step 3.
 Press
The settings registration screen is displayed for a few
seconds.
After that, the set value is stored, and the screen returns to
that of Step 2.
When the logged-in user is not an administrator, the
administrator ID input screen is displayed before the current
administrator ID setting is displayed (Step 2), and it will be
necessary to input the administrator ID and password.
