Principle

iCon Server
This is the internal Single Board Computer residing in the Barco iCon projector. The Barco iCon Server takes care of
(among other things) the desktop source management.
VR Workroom system principle
The VR Workroom uses 2 Barco iCon LCD projectors to display a desktop generated by the internal iCon Server of one of the
projectors. This projector is set as the Master and controls the other projector set as the Slave. In reality, the desktop image is
generated by the Master and projected by both projectors.
On this desktop, multiple source windows can be added and configured to set up a collaborative working environment. Passive
Stereoscopic projection is obtained by projecting the left eye image on one projector (here the Master ) and the right eye image
channel on the other projector (here the Slave). The interaction with the user is done by the Master i.e. the keyboard and the mouse
are connected to the master.
