Delete a File

The Editor does not have to be cleared before deleting a file. A file can be deleted with other data still
on the screen.
To delete a previously saved file:
1. Press FN and File.
2. Select Delete.
3. Select the type of file you want to delete (graphics, list, or label).
4. Select the location of the file (Internal or External).
A list of previously saved folders and files displays.
5. Select the folder containing the file to delete (if applicable).
6. Select the file to delete.
A delete confirmation message displays.Tap Yes to confirm deletion.
7. Confirm or cancel the deletion, keeping in mind that once a file is deleted from the system it is
no longer available for use.
Note: Folders are deleted the same way as files, only the folders must be empty in order to delete.
