This selection allows you to test your machine's hardware and
determine if you have a hardware problem. Any problem will be
indicated by a SRN (Service Request Number), The SRN will allow
your service representative to quickly determine what parts are
required to repair

No. Go to Step 37.
14. Have any optional adapters been installed?
Yes. Go to the next step.
No. Go to Step 20.
15. Type 2 to select UTILITIES. Use the 2 on the typewriter key
area, not the numeric keypad. Press Enter. The UTILITY
SELECTION menu should appear on the screen.
16. Type 1 to select the SHOW INSTALLED OPTIONS utility. Press
Enter; processing may take several minutes.
