The vibration acceleration must be evaluated in a frequency band of 10 to 2000 Hz.
The maximum peak value in the time range is to be considered.
To measure the vibration velocity, the measuring equipment must fulfill the requirements of
ISO 2954.
Note
Continuous operation within the natural frequency
Continuous operation within the natural frequencies of the mounted system should be
avoided. Generally, this results in permissible vibration values being exceeded, resulting in
damage to the system. To reduce vibration, flanged-mounted motors can be supported at
the NDE.
