Menu Operations
4 Protection mark
Indicates whether or not the selected scene is
protected.
When the selected scene is not protected: This area
is blank.
When the selected scene is protected: a "P" is
displayed.
5 Edit mark
Indicates whether or not the settings of the scene being
used have been edited since it was recalled, when the
selected number corresponds to the scene currently
being used.
If the scene has not been edited: This area is blank.
If the scene has been edited: An "E" is displayed.
6 Scene name
Displays the name of the scene when you select a
scene number. When you select a scene number in
which no data has been stored yet using the STORE
submenu, "New" is displayed.
Storing a scene

Enter the STORE submenu by displaying it on the
LCD.

Enter the scene number in which data is to be
stored by using the ten key pad or the +/– buttons.
Note
If you select a protected scene, "Protected" is
displayed and you cannot store data in that scene
number.

Push the ENTER button.
The name of the scene currently being used is
copied and you can edit the scene name from that
copied name.
If you want to use the copied scene name without
editing, go to step 5.
If you want to edit the copied scene name, go to
step 4.

Enter the name of the selected scene.
Up to 15 characters can be used as a scene name.
To decide the point where you want to enter a
character: Move the cursor using the B and/or b
button(s).
To select the character to be entered: Use the +/
– buttons.
To enter numerical values: Use the ten key pad
or the +/– buttons.
To make a blank: Push the v button to put a
blank. You can also put a blank by using +/–
buttons.

Capital and small alphabetical characters

Push the ENTER button.
"?" appears to ask you to confirm whether or not
the number selected in step 2 and the name entered
in step 4 are acceptable.

Push the ENTER button again to store the scene.
When storing is completed, "Completed" is
displayed for about 2 seconds.
When the scene has been stored, the display of the
current scene number is changed to that of the
scene just stored.
To cancel the storing of the scene
Push the CANCEL button. The LCD is reset to the
state it was in in step 2 where you can select a
scene number.
