4-5 Printing Reports
4-5-1 Types of Reports
The reports printed by your SF 2200 can be helpful for keeping track of your faxing activity, checking
your User Option settings or scheduled Delay sessions, or keeping a handy record of your One-Touch
and Speed Dial assignments.
The Call Back Message (page 40) and the Multi Communication Report (page39) print automatically.
Three other reports print automatically only if specific User Options (page 24) are set:
• The Transmission Report and the Reception Report (pages 37 and 38) print automatically if the AUTO
PRINT REPORTS option is set to YES.
• The Message Confirmation (page 41) prints automatically after every send if the PRINT MESSAGE
CONFIRMATION option is set to YES.
To print other reports, or to print the Transmission and Reception reports on demand:
• Press FUNCTION, then 6. Follow the steps shown at right.
