Symptoms
Incorrect or fluctuating
temperature.
Fluctuating or reduced flow.
Refer to User Guide - "Fault
Diagnosis".
Maximum blend temperature
too hot or too cold.
Continuous flow. Shower will
not shut off.
Probable Cause
1. Wireless Controller.
Controller out of range.
Radio interference.
Warm-Up feature is being
used with combi-boiler. Refer
to User Guide - "Fault
Diagnosis".
2. Digital Mixer Valve
Flow regulators not fitted to
system using combi-boiler.
3. Shower Fitting/Other
Shower temperature
affected by use of
adjacent hot/cold tap.
Insufficiently sized pipe
work to feed both Digital Mixer
Valve and taps at same time.
Filters blocked.
Water pressure too low.
Flow rate is too low.
Fluctuating water
temperature.
Incorrect maximum
temperature setting.
Wireless Controller or Digital
Mixer Valve failure.

Possible Remedy
Repeat commissioning
sequence.
Change controller frequency
channel. Refer to User Guide
- "Control Frequency".
Disable Warm-Up feature.
Refer to User Guide - "Warm-
Up".
Fit appropriate flow
regulators. Refer to "Use
of Flow Regulators with
Combination Boilers".
Increase pipe sizes
or separately feed
shower. Refer to plumbing
system diagrams under
"Installation" for correct
connection method.
Clean filters.
Check maintained pressure is
within recommended range.
Refer to "Specifications".
Check flow rates are within
recommended range. Refer to
"Specifications".
Check inlet temperatures are
within recommended range.
Refer to "Specifications".
