Symptoms
Low or no water flow.
Not turning on
Probable Cause
1. Wireless Controller.
Controller not assigned to
Digital Mixer Valve.
2. Digital Mixer Valve.
No power to Digital Mixer
Valve.
Isolators closed.
Filters blocked.
Digital Mixer Valve above cold
water storage cistern.
Air trapped in plumbing.
3. Shower Fitting/Other.
Blocked Showerhead.
Water pressure is low.
Fluctuating water temperature.
2. Digital Mixer Valve.
No power to Digital Mixer
Valve.
Isolators closed.
Filters blocked.
3. Shower Fitting/Other.
Blocked Showerhead.

Possible Remedy
Repeat commissioning
sequence.
Check electrical connection
and supply.
Open valves.
Clean filters.
Appliance is not suitable for
negative head installation.
Refer to plumbing system
diagrams.
Rearrange pipework to
avoid airlock forming.
Refer to "Typical Suitable
Installations".
Clean/descale showerhead.
Check flow rate is above
stated minimum. Refer to
"Specification".
Make sure inlet temperature
differentials are sufficient.
Check electrical connection
and supply.
Open valves.
Clean filters.
Clean/descale showerhead.
