4.1.3 Connecting the battery pack/power source

• Confirm that the power switch is set to "OFF" before mounting/dismounting the battery pack
or the AC adapter.
(1) Mounting the battery pack (See Figure 4-2 A.)
Align the printer's battery connecting terminals with the battery pack's connecting terminals,
and push the battery pack in the direction indicated by the arrow.
(2) Removing the battery pack (See Figure 4-2 B.)
a) Turn the printer power switch "OFF".
Slide the battery pack in the direction indicated by the arrow while pushing the battery

release button.

(3) When using the AC adapter:
a) Connect the output plug of the AC adapter to the "power connector."
Connect the AC adapter power cable to the socket outlet.
