Remarks
• The battery pack is charged just enough for the radar's test operation before it is shipped.
The battery pack needs to be charged when used for long operation.
• The battery pack should be charged immediately before being used.
• Keep the battery pack in as cool a location as possible to make it last longer and it is
recommended to charge the battery in an area with a temperature between +10 and +30 °C.
• The battery pack's operating time is shortened in a cold region.
• The battery pack does not need to be discharged or used up before it is charged.
• It is considered that the battery pack has reached its service life when the operating time
sharply decreases. Change to a new battery pack.
• When using the battery pack, be careful that any foreign matters like dust or sand do not get
into the terminals (see Fig. 3-22 B). If foreign matters have got into the terminals, remove
them completely with soft, pointed sticks, and repeat mounting/dismounting it on/from the
battery charger several times until the terminals have good contact.
