1643 AM

• Alternatively up to sixteen 1.5 Mbit/s interface ports (1643 AMS DS1 version)
• General VC-12 , VC-3 and VC-4 SNC/N (only AM) protection
• 1+1 MSP protection (STM-1 interfaces only) in terminal applications
• Performance Monitoring
• E1 or DS1 loopbacks (only AMS)

• Engineering orderwire (EOW) access (only AMS)
