'Using a small bore gauge, measure the piston pin
bore inside diameter. If the reading exceeds the
following limit, replace the pisotn.

Using a
micrometer, measure
the piston
pin
outside
diameter

Service Limit
Using a small bore gauge, measure
the connecting
rod small end inside diameter.

CLEARANCE
Check the connecting rod side clearance by using
thickness gauge, If the clearance exceeds the limit,
replace connecting rod or crankshaft.
