VALVE HEAD THICKNESS
Visually
inspect
each valve for wear
of its
seating
face. Replace any valve
with an abnor-
mally worn
face.

The thickness

face advances. Measure the
thickness and, if the
thickness is found to
have
been reduced to the
limit, replace it.
