NSTALLATION AND
Setting the Date and Time
The current date and time are shown in the LCD when the machine is on and ready for use
(Standby Mode). The date and time are printed on all faxes you send.

Press MENU.
The LCD asks you to
press the desired function
button.

Press 08, DATE & TIME,
on the one-touch keypad.
The LCD prompts you to
select a date
format.

Select the format you
want the date to appear
in by pressing 1 to select
USA, or 2 for EUROPE.
or
You can select by
pressing
ENTER.
The LCD displays the
currently set date and time.
