ROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Make sure the envelope guides have been turned to the
envelope load position.
Make sure envelopes are loaded behind the envelope
guides.
Make sure the paper guide do not cause envelopes to
bow in the automatic sheet feed.
Make sure the paper load lever is closed.
Use only recommended transparencies.
Remove each transparency as it exits from the printer.
