7. Removal of POWER PCB ASSY, LAMP
POWER PCB ASSY, INLET PCB ASSY
and FILTER PCB ASSY
1. Remove the Front Case Unit following "1. Removal of
FRONT CASE UNIT".
2. Remove the Top Case Assy following "2. Removal of
TOP CASE ASSY".
3. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY following "3. Removal of
MAIN PCB ASSY".
4. Remove the Optical Unit following "4. Removal of
OPTICAL UNIT".
5. Remove the TERMINAL PCB ASSY following "5.
Removal of TERMINAL PCB ASSY".
6. Remove the Power Assy following "6. Removal of
POWER ASSY".
7. Remove the five (a) screws, the RE connector, the RF
connector and the Power Cover (T) as shown in Fig. 3-6.
8. Release the five (b) hooks and remove the (C) screw
and the POWER PCB ASSY as shown in Fig. 3-6.
9. Remove the QX connector and the PFC PCB ASSY as
shown in Fig. 3-6.
10. Release the four (d) hooks and remove the LAMP
POWER PCB ASSY as shown in Fig. 3-6.
11. Remove the four (e) screws, the four connectors (FT,
FU, FR, and FS) and the Inlet Holder as shown in Fig.
3-6.
12. Remove the (f) screw and the (g) screw, release the
(h) hook and detach the INLET PCB ASSY as shown in
Fig. 3-6.
13. Remove the two (i) screws, release the two (j) hooks
and detach the FILTER PCB ASSY as shown in Fig. 3-6.
8. Removal of COOLING FAN (FRONT)
1. Remove the Front Case Unit following "1. Removal of
FRONT CASE UNIT".
2. Remove the Top Case Assy following "2. Removal of
TOP CASE ASSY".
3. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY following "3. Removal of
MAIN PCB ASSY".
4. Remove the Optical Unit following "4. Removal of
OPTICAL UNIT".
5. Remove the TERMINAL PCB ASSY following "5.
Removal of TERMINAL PCB ASSY".
6. Remove the Power Assy following "6. Removal of
POWER ASSY".
7. Remove the two (k) screws and detach the Cooling
Fan from the Power Assy as shown in Fig. 3-6.
