If necessary, connect the cables.

Removing a board

Open the casing (see "Opening the casing").
If you remove a board, the board bracket must be installed to fix the riser card. The board
i
holder has been left out of the drawing to provide a better overview.
The locking slider also serves as the fixing bracket for the board. You can only remove the
board if the locking slider has been moved to the right (from rear view).

If you do not want to install a new board, reinstall the slot cover.

Push the board into the slot of the riser
card (1) until it engages. When doing so,
guide the board through the notch in the
casing corner (2).
In low-profile boards:
Insert locking clip (3).
If necessary, unplug any cables plugged
into the board.
If necessary, remove locking clip (1).
Pull the board out of the riser card slot (2).
Remove the board out of the casing.
