Action
1. Run diagnostics.
2. Reseat the following components:
a. Hard disk drive
b. SAS backplane
3. Replace the components listed in step 1 one at a time, in the
order shown, restarting the server each time.
Reseat hard disk drive X and restart the server.

2. Reseat the failing hot-plug cable or adapter.
3. Replace the failing hot-plug cable or adapter.
