Changing the Call Progress Tone Plan
To change the feature access code for MWI:
1.
Log into your mailbox and access the system administration menu.

Access the installation options menu by pressing

Changing the Call Progress Tone Plan
The Call Progress Tone Plan determines which of the various international tone plans will be
used during OMN, and other system activities requiring outdialing. Set the Office PhoneMail
tone plan to match the tone plan used in the country in which the Office PhoneMail is operating.
The available tone plans, and their corresponding Tone Plan ID Numbers, are shown in
Table 8-1.
