37. Set the Number of Fax Extensions

38. Set the Attendant Parameters
Set the attendant parameters. There are three attendant parameters: Parameter 1 is the
extension number of the human attendant. When Office PhoneMail receives a call for this
extension, it presents the caller with the company greeting instead of the mailbox personal
greeting for that extension. Parameter 2 is the destination extension number that the Office
PhoneMail auto-attendant will use when a caller selects attendant transfer (0 or 9). When
this is set to the same value as parameter #1, ring-no-answer at the attendant's extension
will return the caller to the top-level menu. Otherwise, the caller will be sent to the associ-
ated voice mailbox to leave a message. Parameter 3 is the extension Office PhoneMail no-
tifies when a message is deposited in the general delivery mailbox.
