Use modem reboot to manually reboot a 3G modem.

Usage guidelines
A 3G/4G modem can automatically detect running errors and reboot. If the 3G/4G modem fails to
reboot by itself, you can use this command to manually reboot it.
Examples
# Manually reboot an attached 3G/4G modem.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface cellular 0/0
[Sysname-Cellular0/0] modem reboot
modem response
Use modem response to set the interval of waiting for the response from the 3G/4G modem after the
system sends an AT command and the maximum times that the 3G/4G modem does not respond. When
the threshold is reached, the system automatically resets the 3G/4G modem.
Use undo modem response to restore the default.

modem response timer time auto-recovery threshold
undo modem response
