Description
Use the system-guard enable command to enable the system-guard function on the port.
Use the undo system-guard enable command to disable the system-guard function on the port.
By default, system-guard is disabled on a port.
Examples
# Enable system-guard on port GigabitEthernet 1/0/1.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface gigabitethernet 1/0/1
[Sysname-GigabitEthernet1/0/1] system-guard enable

system-guard rate-limit

Syntax
system-guard rate-limit queue queue-number rate &<1-8>
undo system-guard rate-limit [ queue queue-number &<1-8> ]

Parameters
queue queue-number rate: Set a rate limit for the specified queues. The queue-number argument is in the
range of 0 to 7. &<1-8> indicates that you can specify up to 8 queues. The rate argument is the rate limit
you want to set for the queue, in the range of 5 to 1000, in pps.
Description
Use the system-guard rate-limit command to set a rate limit for the specified queues.
Use the undo system-guard rate-limit command to restore the default.
By default, the rate limit is 1500 pps for queue 4 and 360 pps for other queues.
Examples
# Set the rate limit for queue 2 to 200 pps.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] system-guard rate-limit queue 0 200
