3 Tap the wallpaper image you want to use.
4 Tap the Home button to view the wallpaper.

Screensavers

To use your own screensaver images, side-load them from your personal computer
to the folder My Screensavers. For more information, see "Folders and Files."
Choose among predefined screensaver themes for the reading screen. To choose a
screensaver theme:
1 Tap Settings on the Home menu.
2 Tap Screensavers.
3 Tap the screensaver you want to use. When your nook sleeps, you will see the first
screensaver image in the theme.

Settings

You can configure settings to make your reading experience the best for you. Several of the
key settings are explained here. For the full list, see the chapter "Settings."
 Font type: You can choose between the default serif font and a sans serif font.
Font size: You can choose among five font sizes: tiny, small, medium (the default), large,

and huge.
Touchscreen timeout: Time from last touch screen activity until touch screen backlight is

turned off. You can choose among 10, 30 (default), and 60 seconds.
Sleep timer: Time from last activity (touch screen or button presses) until the nook sleeps.

During sleep, a screensaver picture is displayed on the main screen. The touch screen will
already be unlit. You can choose among 2, 5 (default), 10, 15, and 20 minutes.
 Name: You can name your nook. Tap Settings > Device > Device profile and specify your
name and your nook's name.
