To filter a list:
1 Tap Library on the Home menu.
2 (Optional) Perform a search.
3 Tap Show and choose one of the filtering options: All, Books, Magazines, or Newspapers.
4 (Optional; if you did not perform a search) Tap Sort by and choose a sorting order: Most
Recent, Title, or Author.

Main Status Bar

The main status bar is displayed at the top of the reading screen at all times except when you
are reading. When you are reading, a reading status bar is displayed instead.

Battery charge levels when your nook is not charging
(from low to full charge)
Battery charge levels when your nook is charging (from
low to high)
Cellular signal strength (from low to high)
Wi-Fi signal strength (from low to high)
(Animation) Synchronization or other communication
with the data service is in progress.
