Enable Graceful Restart before you re-enable SPBM or perform an active/standby switchover. Graceful
Restart ensures nonstop forwarding while ISIS-SPB processes are re-establishing their adjacency.

graceful-restart suppress-sa

Use graceful-restart suppress-sa to enable ISIS-SPB to set the SA bit in hello messages sent when its FDB
is not usable during a restart.
Use undo graceful-restart suppress-sa to disable setting the SA bit during a restart.

graceful-restart suppress-sa
undo graceful-restart suppress-sa

Setting the SA bit prevents the neighbor from advertising the ISIS-SPB adjacency with the GR restarter.
This command prevents route blackholes by temporarily excluding the restarter from the SPF
computation on other SPBM nodes.
