Print Sequencing
You may select the order in which you wish the print to be output, by entering the
appropriate code in the current sequence field.

Contact Telephone Numbers
You may specify whether contact telephone numbers are to be printed by selecting Y
or N.
Specify Contact Telephone Numbers
You may specify the telephone and extension numbers to be used for patients
registered with the home and resident Q codes on the database. If the patient is
registered with a fringe Q code, the telephone number for the home Q code will be
used.

A telephone number must be at least 5 characters
long.

field. Only numeric characters are valid.
An extension number must be at least 3 characters

corresponding telephone number.
