Hint
• When editing <Default User>, the only setting that can be
changed in the user settings is the default setting for "Default
Address Book screen", "Default Job Button screen" or "Screen
after Login".
• When editing a user who was registered automatically by
server authentication, you can set the e-mail address in the
Edit screen.
• When "Use only Job Buttons" is enabled as a function
restriction, only "Job Button List" is displayed for the "Screen
after Login" setting.
❏ Restricting User Functions
You can restrict the functions available to a user.
IMPORTANT
If you restrict the functions of <Default User>, the functions are
applied to newly registered users and users registered
automatically by server authentication.
Hint
If multiple users are selected, function restrictions are set for all
selected users simultaneously.
