❏ Exporting Address Books
You can save the address book data to a specified folder.
Hint
• You can open the saved CSV file with software that supports
CSV files such as spreadsheet software in order to check the
structure of the file.
• You can match the structure of a CSV file created in another
email client to that of a CSV file saved via address book
export, and then import the address book of the other email
client and use it on the ScanFront.
1.
Press [Edit] - [Export].
The Export screen appears.

Enter the necessary information for each item.
Hint
• Press [Connection test] to check the connection for the
entered host name.
• Press [Browse] to display the Shared folder screen and then
specify the host and shared folder.
3.
Press [OK].
Exporting starts.
When the process is complete, a message appears.
4.
Press [Yes].
