Fan Control

Outline Fan control is carried out with the following conditions.
1. Fan ON control for electric component cooling fan
2. Fan control when defrosting
3. Fan OFF delay when stopped
4. ON/OFF control in cooling operation
5. Tap control when drooping function is working
6. Fan control in forced operation
7. Fan control in indoor/outdoor unit quiet operation

Liquid Compression Protection Function 2

Outline In order to obtain the dependability of the compressor, the compressor must be stopped
according to the conditions of the temperature of the outdoor air and outdoor heat exchanger.
Detail Heat Pump Model
Compressor operation turns OFF under the conditions that the system is in cooling operation
and outdoor air temperature is below –10°C (R-410A), –5°C (R-22).
Cooling Only Model
Compressor operation turns OFF under the condition that outdoor air temperature is below –
12°C (R-410A), –5°C (R-22).

Fan OFF delay for 60 seconds must be made when the compressor is stopped.
When the outdoor air temperature is lower than 37°C, the fan tap must be set to L.
When the outdoor air temperature is higher than 4°C, the fan tap must be turned to L (only
for heat pump model).
Operation stops depending on the outdoor air temperature.
Operation stops depending on the outdoor air temperature.
