3-5. PTZ Setup

The DVR can control PTZ cameras via a RS485 connection on the rear of the DVR or a
coaxial cable. The cameras can have individually selectable Protocols with a choice of
Pelco-P, Pelco-D, etc. The Baud rate can also be selected.

3-6. PTZ Controller

The DVR needs to be setup to accept the Vista keyboard as a default, this will be set to the
correct ID and baud rate.

The ID RS485 address may need
to be adjusted dependant on the
number of PTZ cameras on the
system.
The keyboard ID should not be the
same as any of the domes on the
system.

It is possible to play back again
from the scene of previous time
(1 minutes to 60 minutes).
[Key Beep]
The DVR beeps whenever the
button on the remote controller is
pressed (On/Off).
