Error / Warning Messages

The following table is a list of general errors that might be generated by the printer. These errors can be indicated
through beeper sounds, LCD messages, and/or LEDs. This table describes the cause of the errors (Status), and the
appropriate action(s) which should be taken to resolve them.

Remedy
Wait for the temperature of
the head thermistor to fall
below the upper limit.
Tear off the paper at the
Top Cover, and press the
or
Pause
Front/Rear
button.
Tear off the page at the
perforation; then press the
Load button. The
LF/FF
printer feeds the paper to
the standby position.
Load paper on the selected
tractor, or select a different
tractor by pressing the
Front/Rear
button.
Remove your paper and
reload it correctly.
Install or reinstall the
ribbon cartridge, and press
the
Pause
button.
