Switching printing control (band/full page)
Standard setting. Automatically switches the
following two modes depending on the total
RAM capacity.
Attaches importance to speedup of printing
control, thus processing all pages per job.
(Virtual) memory mode. Attaches importance
to reliable printing rather than speedup, thus
processing data per page.
If the total capacity of memory is 11M bytes
or less in this mode, duplex printing is
restricted as follows:
• Printing is done on one side and paper is
ejected to the face-down stacker with the
printed side up.
• Setting "jam recovery = on" in FPS menu is
ignored.
• The number of copies in page format menu
is fixed to 1.
